Subscriptions
Some products can be purchased as a subscription. When you subscribe, your order renews automatically on the schedule you chose at checkout, and your saved payment method is charged at each renewal until you cancel.
You can pause, skip, change, or cancel at any time. There are no fees or minimum commitments.
- Online: go to "My Subscriptions" in our site menu or footer, sign in, and click "Manage subscriptions". You can also use the manage link in your subscription emails.

Cancellations and changes take effect on your next renewal. An order that has already been processed will ship as scheduled and is covered by our .
One-time purchases
Orders are processed quickly. To change or cancel one, email as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, our applies (30-day returns, free return label).
